Our connection to Lutz

Our State Road 54 office sits in Lutz. This is home. David has coached hockey here, and Gwen has served on Tampa Bay nonprofit boards rooted in the Lutz community for decades. Our clients come from every corner of Lutz, including Cheval, Heron Preserve, Cypress Creek, the older neighborhoods around Lake Keystone, and the newer developments along Bearss Avenue. Lutz is a border town in the best sense

Lutz straddles the Hillsborough–Pasco county line, which means our Lutz clients routinely have matters in both county court systems. That’s a small detail that matters more than it sounds. Filing in the wrong jurisdiction can cost months and filing fees. We handle matters in both counties every week and understand the practical differences between the Hillsborough and Pasco judicial circuits.

The work we do for Lutz residents
